~ Practice symmetrical figure 8, then the "Big, little, little" the "big" gets 2 counts
~ Add the push off the floor, lifting heel to create a bigger arch
~ If you have time you can bring legs further from each other to create a longer/larger figure 8
~ Remember: the more you sink your weight the bigger/more dramatic the push will be
~ Don't bounce your head. Absorb motion in the torso
