~ Maya= starting up to out ( AKA "rainbow" first ;)
~ Remember to protect your lower back by keeping spine long and tucked
~ Practice both flat feet and lifting heel options
~ As you "avalanche" hip, lift the other side (similar to see-saw)
~ Train "Rainbow" by imagining a pencil on the hip
~ Remember to keep breath relaxed as your learning and training!
